VARO Board announcements

Duane as been named Construction Support Officer. Duane will be resposible for creating custom skins for VARO aircraft and helping with construction.

Race Support Officer and Vice President. I am probably going to nominate a VP when break is over. I also need 2 Air Bosses these people will help run race events and official server sessions.
